११ बर्षमा हामीले कै गर्न सक्दैनौं? कपूरी क सिक्दै गरेको बच्चा फलामे ढोका पार गरेर इन्जिनीयर, डाक्टर, या बैज्ञानिक बन्न फाराम बोकेर क्याम्पसको ढोकामा पुग्छ, हिंडेर गए पनि नेपालको १४ अंचल ७५ जिल्ला ४००० गाबिस घुमेर सकिन्छ, साइकिल लिएर निस्कने हो भने सात ओटै महादेश घुमेर सकिन्छ। तर अफसोच, नयाँ नेपाल बनाउन कस्सिएका पुराना नेताहरु मान्छेको रगत र पसिना चुस्दै पुरानै ढ्याऊ गर्दै दिन काटिरहेछन। यिनिहरुलाई अरुको एक रत्ति चिन्ता छैन भन्ने कुरा त घाम जत्तिकई छर्लंग छ, तर पनि भन्नलाई आशै मार्न भने सकिंदो रहेनछ। एउटा राजनैतिक प्रतिबद्दता बोकेर दुनियालाई न्याय दिन भन्दै आफ्नो स्वार्थलाई तिलांजलि दिँदै कानुनचिको प्रमाणपत्र भित्तैमा छोडेर, पढाएर खाँदै आएको क्याम्पसको तनखा तं नखा भन्दै हिड्नुभएको मेरा दाई ११ बर्ष सम्म न सास, न लास न आशको कालो ओडारमा लापत्ता हुनुहुन्छ। कम्युनिष्टलाई जिउँदै खान्छु भन्ने गिरिजा फेरिएर प्रचण्डको कछाडको फेर समात्दै कुर्चिको सपना देख्दै भरे भोलीको घिड्घिडो बोकेर सेलाउँदै छन, तर उनैको सिकार बन्नू भएको मेरा दाइको कुनै अट्टो पत्तो छैन। मुद्दा हालें, ब्याक्तिगत चिठ्ठी लेखें, उनलाई मात्रै हैन उनी पछिका हरेक प्रधानमंत्रिलाई। देउबालाई लेखें, कृष्ण प्रसादलाई लेखें, ग्यानेंद्रलाई लेखें उनको दुबै हैसियतमा(राजा र मंत्राध्यक्ष) अनि प्रचण्डलाई लेखें। केही आश केही भरोसा बोकेका प्रचन्डले बेपत्ता पत्ता लगाउने आयोग बनाउने घोषणा त गरे। तर अरु केही गरेनन। किन हो कुन्नि, यी भारतमा जन्मिएका भनिएका नेपाल केही गर्न आएका भय पो गर्लान कि भन्नु, केही नगर्न आएकालाई चिठ्ठी लेख्न मन लागेना। यिनलाई बरा आफ्नै भाईहरुलाई जागीर खुवाउने हतार छ, मेरा दाई खोज्ने जांगर कहाँबाट पलाउनु?हामी कस्तो देशका नागरिक हौं? कसले, कहाँ, कति बजे, कसरी समातेको सब्बै जानकारी अदालतले प्रमाणित गरेर सरकारलाइ बुझाई सक्दा पनि न्याय दिन नसक्ने यो नपुँसक सरकारलाई के भरोसाको लागि कर तिर्ने? ११ बर्ष त कुरियो अब के भनेर कुर्ने? यो सरकारलाई के गरेर त्यों काम गराउन सकिन्छ? यहाहरुको धारणा पाउन पाए आभारी हुने थिएं। मेरा दाजु राजेन्द्र ढकालको निम्ति न्यायको याचना सहित।
यही पुष २४ गते बेपत्ता भएको ११ बर्ष पुग्दै गरेको संध्यामा उहाँको सम्झनामा मेरो श्रद्दा सुमन, न्यायको याचना र यहांहरुको नैतिक सहयोग को अपेक्षा।

I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to you. It would really be very hard to live without loved ones, but my question to you is why you are expressing your anger on Girija Pd Koirala and other leaders. I read your profile, you are a Doctor of Enginerring and a man with family, now put your hand on your heart and ask yourself does it suit you to use such low standard words for the leaders. I am not saying they are right or wrong. I am just surprised, if a doctor can use such low demeaning words then what can we expect from low profile illiterate people.

ReplyDeleteThank you for your sympathy loaded words, reading it and commenting it. The feedback is really good for everyone no matter who ever they are. I understand the gravity of your suggestion, it itself not bad. Look, You may estimate how terrible time we had on looking around for own loved one, do own bussiness, look after his immediate dependents, go to court without any hope getting back something, meeting some leaders had they be ready to do so to yield something from them to know about his whereabout. but in return, what they were trying to do is blackmailing on every electing campaigning or intimidating. But we remain firmed on our ethics and motives. In fact, I am proud of my brother, who had helped to bring this changes in the country with his complete devotion. He did it with knowing anything may happen in due course. we are just pleading to know where he is? and punish to the culprit.
Again the question of anguish come, why? After the peace process, whenever we raise the issue of disappeared people, some leaders use the issue of land of some landlords. We just wanted not to compare the soul with soil, but ofcourse we can plead their land be returned and justice be done even for them. We dont need to demean them, they are already demeaned by themself. I am just saying the matter of fact. Honestly saying, Girija Pd Koirala is expecting the Nobel peace prize, Look! the scenario. The disapperance was formulated by his time, and he neither repent for such missing of life, nor express any assurance of justice to bereaved and suffered people, just wanted peace prize. we had wait for 11 years of his missing, more than a , decadeYou are simply saying demeaning him. I wanted the lasting peace in the country by collective effort of all leaders without demeaning its people. We should give value to our people also, not only to leader.
I still remember Hillary Clinton on her first leg to Japan met the family of disappeared japanese people by North Korean before meeting Prime Minister of Japan. But in our democracy, our request to our leader is hardly accepted to offer few minutes to listen us.
Please accept it as a clarification rather than a reply.
